This Privacy Policy details how we collect, store, process, and protect your information when you access our web application, mobile application, and our integrations with the Meta Graph API (including Instagram Graph API).
Core Commitment: Nityam AI NEVER sells, rents, monetizes, or transfers your personal data, business credentials, or Instagram media to third-party data brokers or advertisers. All data is utilized strictly to provide automated marketing and content generation services requested by you.
2. Meta & Instagram Graph API Data Access
Nityam AI accesses Instagram and Facebook business data solely via official, approved Meta Graph API endpoints under Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. When you connect your Instagram Professional / Business Account to Nityam AI, we request the following permissions:

We do not read your private Instagram direct messages (DMs), your personal friend lists, or unauthorized private account data.
3. Information You Provide Directly
In addition to Instagram authorization tokens, you may provide:
- Product & Catalog Details: Product titles, descriptions, pricing, e-commerce URLs (Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart), and uploaded product images.
- Service Business Details: Service offerings, target audience demographics, value propositions, deliverables, and custom call-to-actions (CTAs).
- Account Contact Information: Business email address, business name, and notification preferences.
4. Data Storage & Security Standards
We implement enterprise-tier cybersecurity controls to protect your data:
- Token Encryption: All Meta OAuth 2.0 Access Tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256-GCM encryption with rotating keys.
- Transit Security: All API communication between your device, Nityam AI servers, and Meta Graph API endpoints takes place over strict TLS 1.3 / HTTPS with HSTS enabled.
- Ephemeral Video Processing: Video frames and audio synthesis used during reel generation are processed in isolated sandboxes and automatically purged following successful container publishing to Instagram.
- Access Control: Strict role-based access control (RBAC) ensures no unauthorized staff can inspect your raw tokens or business content.
5. User Rights & Data Deletion
In accordance with Meta Developer Policies, GDPR, and global data privacy standards, you maintain absolute ownership and control over your data:
- Right to Revoke: You can disconnect Nityam AI from your Instagram account at any moment through the app settings or directly within your Instagram/Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy > Apps and Websites.
- Right to Erasure (Data Deletion): You may request complete erasure of your account, token vault, and queued content at any time.

6. Compliance with Meta Platform Terms
Nityam AI operates strictly within the boundaries of Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies:
- We comply with Meta's 24-hour publishing rate limit guidelines (maximum 25 media publications per Instagram Business account per 24 hours).
- We do not generate spam, deceptive content, or prohibited material violating Meta Community Standards.
- We do not share Instagram user data with external artificial intelligence training corpuses without explicit consent.
